thats because of the treatment starting after the voice has broken, b ut there is surgery that can change this, but its expensive, its important for transsexuals to have treatment, to hold off puberty because it is very upsetting for them.

OMG! that was amazing! i am just curious, is that her REAL voice? i mean, most MTF transsexuals never get a female voice that good. TOTALLY AMAZING!
