@ThaDopist I dialogue with atheists all the time, of course we are not "afraid" of atheists objections, but there is a time and a place for that. This happens to be a Christian video, all about a mans personal journey to God and of course atheists are free to comment but any intellectual issues they may have are off topic and should be done on appropriate videos/forums.

@LifeIsABigPuzzle Some people think that if miracles happened all the time, we would find some way to explain them away. But not if only Christians could do that. Just take away the devil's power (The devil doesn't appear to have power anyways) and everyone will know that Christians are the only group on earth with the power. And everyone will have to take them seriously.

@yeenoregrets So I was wondering, why does Jesus say "Sodom and Gomorrah would have repented if these miracles were done in them." after he leaves Tyre? If Sodom and Gomorrah would have repented, maybe other people would repent too if they saw miracles. But as far as I know, they do not happen. I have heard about them happening but there isn't a way for me to confirm things that happen in other parts of the world.

in our Church alone, we have people who go up in front to testify of how God has healed their cancer, or has given back their ability to walk after being crippled for a time, all after being prayed for by the Church people and pastors.. healing and other miracles come through faith in Jesus Christ and His power. not all Christians are capable of this bcoz not all Christians have learned to have that kind of faith yet. We're all in the process of becoming better people.

Your question is true in every sense and should be addressed by every Christian out there. However, your question is also unfair because it's addressed to all Christians.. not all Christians can perform miracles. (well, not in the way the world sees a miracle. because for me, seeing a criminal have a changed life, or a drug addict get free from his addiction is already a miracle).. but there are many Christians who can still bring healing to the sick by praying in the Name of Jesus.

@Cmedic57 So doesn't it disturb you to think that Satan might have 500 million more years to deceive people? Our sun will get too hot by then. But the way things are going, we might only have 200 more years before we kill all life on earth. I have heard that God didn't destroy Satan when he rebelled because the other angels would have wondered if he was right. But after the flood, don't you think that the good angels would have seen enough to support his destruction?

@LifeIsABigPuzzle Well to find out the truth about that go to Matt 16:1-4 and Luke 11:29. You see the doubters were always asking Jesus to perform a miracle, even though there were many reports of Him healing the sick and raising the dead ... and many eye witnesses to Lazarus' resurrection from the dead, yet they refused to believe. But Jesus knew their hearts and so would not comply. He knew that Satan had hardened their hearts so nothing He did would change thier mind.
