  • Anyone know what kind of hoops he's using?

  • Willow tree branches Kevin Locke forms into the loops. Hope that helps!

  • The word YOGA is derived from the Sanskrit root "yuj", i "to yoke" [to the spirit] meaning "union of the Individual Soul (Atman) with the Universal Soul (Brahman). Yoga embraces a wide range of disciplines whose ultimate goal is the joining of body, mind and spirit, a conscious unification into Oneness. Kevin Locke brings us all closer to the Oneness.

  • I saw him perform in Philadelphia a while back, he is such a gentle soul and talented performer. God bless.

  • Thank you for this video. I love Kevin Locke having seen him twice in very different venues. One in a living room with about 30 people, lost in his stories.... and another time performing the hoopdance with music and song. Both were electric with life and love.

  • @freeadpower ROUND HOOPS

  • @chinamillennium Thanks a bunch. I knew willow trees have been used in the past by many Native American tribes but wasn't sure if Kevin Locke was using willow or not. I want to learn the hoop dance, but haven't been able to find any hoops that can hold up to the dance. I've went through a good many store bought plastic hoops, which simply cannot hold up to the speed and pressure caused when linking them together.
