Phil Spectator is a murderer with a high ego because of his money and associates. He really can not have a woman in his life because he is a sociopath, crazy and ugly. Not even a prostitute will like him with his rotten and smelly mouth..so he took his gun to scared this women. If you look at him he look like a monster.
