I love the Foam Roller especually on my back. The first time I used it I felt so much pain on my thighs lol but I feel so relaxed after using it.

this looks great sarah! but where can i get a good foam roller? i don't belong to a gym, so i don't have access to it there... is there somewhere reliable that you know of?
