Makeup for small, hazel green eyes: How to make them look bigger and brighter!

So you do the eye makeup before your foundation/concealer stuff? I thought it would be the other way around?

@lowbirdlaundry Well you can do it either way, but when I'm applying extreme eye makeup I prefer to do the foundation and concealer after in case you have eyeshadow fallouts and it ruins the foundation anyway :P

I think the liner didnt help the look. Looked too harsh. Maybe a brown/grey liner/shadow?

@tedoymisojos Meh, black eyeliner is always my personal favourite so I like to use that on all my makeup looks. Anyone else can use a different colour though :)
