Actually I can answer this question cause of other survival episodes I have seen :) First of all NEVER get close to a scorpion if you're asking a question like this...^^.
Cody knew that this scorpion is not deadly and due to his lifestyle he maybe can take more venom than other people.
But if you really want to eat one and don't know which one it exactly is always CUT THE TAIL OF! hahaha :)
