If I or any other guy were at the beach seeing a woman doing all of these exercises looking like that: We might as well pull up chairs and some popcorn, whereas from an average persons standpoint in general, these workouts seem kind of awkward... with "Wtf is that girl doing?" reactions.
Yes, I've done jump split squats. Of course they work... That's why I recommend them. They work your quads, hams and gluts, not to mention you'll get a good cardio workout as well.
