There's no way he runs a 5.3, he's out running receivers and running backs. They just take good angles. Trust me, I know what a 5.3 looks like, I just timed a couple kids on my team yesterday and they all ran between a 5.2 and a 5.4. He looks like hes running a low 4.9 or a high 4.8 like I do. A 5.3, would mean that all those people that he out ran, and passed by, ran above a 5.3, and I highly doubt that almost the entire starting defense for this team (DB's and all) runs a 5.3 or above.
