Salieri wrote this concerto in 1774. It is nowadays his probably best known concerto. My personal highlight is the second movement. Dagmar Becker plays the flute, Lajos Lencés is on the oboe and Jörg Faerber conducts the Württembergische Kammerorchester.

  • Salieri! What a lively and beautiful music!

  • Much prefer him to Mozart he seems to just be more comfortable with his music. Where Mozart only wrote for commission you can hear the joy in sallieri"s music! BRAVO BRAVO

  • So wonderfull... And music is about joy. To lift you up. Seems to have been forgotten. Wonderfull music.

  • One of his best! Salieri handled chamber music and operas, not to forget symphonic music! I think that he will be admired after , say, 80 years from now. Today he is still under the fictive shadow of Amadeus movie, which is pure false!

    Great and talented man!

  • Love this :D

  • Viva Salieri! Bravo!

  • Salieri

  • This is so cute! The flute and oboe are a heavenly match. This made my day! Thank you so much!!!
