The problem with superhero movies is that they almost always leave you emotionally parched by concentrating on high concept visual stimulation instead of feeding you sympathetic characters. Example; Your walking down the street and you witness a car crash. Its objectively dramatic. Wow. But if you notice the plate number, and color of the car and realize it's a celebrity but no one else notices, that's subjective drama. Turbocharged audience participation. Hollywood doesn't get it.

@lonewolf604 I think it was because they kind of messed up Deadpool and Gambit, I liked it too and I don't see why Gambit wasn't great.
