@Terratracks Vertical stacking is me goto choice for cleaner burning and longer burn times. Large diameter twigs will ignite easily with the right tinder choice. Yes, packing makes a difference. Practive packing for consistance results. I love my kettles Did you see my recent video of the huge kettle, holds 1 gallon safely. I'll make a pot support for it before spring gets here.

@wakeupofg hehheh, seems to be the drink of choice. I use the big one for lots of water issues. I have to do dishes at base camp LOL

@hoytusa09 Yes, they are super tuff. Aluminum base gets soft after a while of having red hot coals take their toll on it . really easy to bend the aluminum ones out of shape. Get yourself a stainless steel kettle. You'll love it and use it often.
