Vista on PSP- PspKingsZ

Okay I've watched many videos looking for windows vista/xp for psps version 4 but I've only found 3.7 and i heard the latest version was 4. and i read it once so i knew it had to be true and after looking for 2 hrs i finally found what appears to be what i saw 3 days ago Windows vista for PSP.

What to type in on the PSP internet address bar

In steps:

1.download file from http://www.savefile.com/files/391290
2.go to your psp enable flash player then go to internet browser and go tools and delete cookies and cache then go to settings view settings and make sure every thing is on then go to home page settings and put file:/pspwxp/index.htm into the adress box.
3.plug in the psp and transfer the file we downloaded and put it ont the main psp page.
4.unplug the psp and go to internet and it'll be there ENJOY!!!
