If the people don't agitate & get on the back of the politicians to stop this bureaucratic wastage of resources & their taxes, it'll keep happening as the vested interests have their eyes on the prize & are organized against the public interest

There's an odd lethargy in people, they don't seem to connect this kind of thing wastage as being their money that the government has confiscated from them in the form of taxation, it's as if they don't see the link?

This is sickening. The high school I attended in the late 80's early 90's had a declining student population. Instead of destroying their second campus they leased out the building to a school with students with disabilities. When the public student population increased again in late 90's early 2000's they again used it again as a public institution. Disturbing the fate of this school you speak of. Btw high school district I'm speaking of is south suburbs of Chicago...
