This was the " Hail Mary" game. Loved watching football games at the "Met"

  • I liked this much better than today's pre-game shows that are full of b.s.

  • Football was meant to be played outdoors in the mud, the slop, and the frigid weather. I wouldn't mind watching or being in the ice cold weather for a Superbowl. Sat through the wet frozen ice at 3 Rivers '78 AFC Championship game, Steelers vs Houston. The only bad part was 3 Rivers Stadium field was carpeted.

  • Phylis George was hot!

  • sure brings back memories.

  • @radiodj1520 Ooooh, another cookie for you.

What is the deal with these posts, with every word capitalized?

  • Well we got our revenge on these people on January 17, 2010.

  • I want to get one of those caps with the fuzzy balls ( @ 38 seconds)like they had when I was a kid. I LOVE THEM! I wish they still made them.

  • @tranurse The Hail Mary play ended with an offensive foul that wasn't called. I remember watching the game that day

  • The Vikes really need to get back outdoors like the Pack and da Bears

  • Little unsure on this one. Power Montage was for the 1975 season. The following year the famous music that

everyone on Youtube is screaming to have put back came out.. You know.."The NFL Today is sponsored by..............." Horizontal Hold? Where can we find this on Youtube? Thanks again.

  • @vegaseastguy That one was "Horizontal Hold" written by Jack Trombey for DeWolfe Music. You're welcome.

  • @kresblain thanks!! How about the famous 1976-1980 version that we can't seem to get a hold of? Any ideas? Thanks
