@itsallhappeningtoday mmmm. I think the amphetimine had much to do with her figure. You would have a hard time finding an heiress like her today because she was so well bred. I love to hear her talk because she sounds so mature and poised for such a young lady. I saw the Johnson & Johnson heiress in an interview once & she had IT just like Edie. You can't buy IT, and nobody knows what it is, but we all know it when we see IT! For those of us who love Edie, her short life was not for nothing!

@JuxtapozInkicetea Yes she was, absolutely gorgeous and different - interesting in many ways. A person such as Edie Sedgwick would never be a star in today's world, because now, everything has to be in a certain mould, a certain shape, be a certain something. I think - and I'm only guessing here, because I was born in 1965, so I was a baby then - that the 1960s was the first time since before the war, since the 1920s, that people could freely develop their full potential. Am I partially right?
