I was one of the 80,000 people who attended Dan's Bake Sale and saw Rush Limbaugh, up close and personal, from only a few feet away.

I lived a short walking distance away from Old Town Square at the time of the event, so I walked down there early in the morning and landed a great spot to see Rush. I had no idea of how huge the crowd was or how massive the traffic jams were, since I walked there.

It was amazing since Al Gore hadn't yet invented the Internet. Word of mouth got the crowd there.
