Protecting Curly Hair: swim cap & routine for swimming

I was not paid to review this swim cap, nor does the company that makes the swim cap know I am reviewing their product. I purchased this product and all items that appear in my videos with my own money.
Showing my favorite swim cap and updated swim routine to protect my hair from chlorinated pool water. I have tried all sorts of rubber swim caps with chin straps, silicone caps and have even combined caps to try to maximize hair protection. I now only have to use my neoprene cap that is 100% neoprene on the inside and spandex on the outside. I show and explain why it is that this cap works so well, as well as some swimming encouragement to those that don't know how to swim. Swimming is an important life skill that EVERYONE should know how to do, you are never to old or too anything to learn to swim. Recreation centers like the YMCA may offer swim lessons for adults and if not, they should be able to direct you to a place that does. Showing ways to protect hair and eyes so that important life saving skills can be focused on, practiced, and obtained for the conquering of fear of the unknown and a safer world :)

@Gabrieja Oh darn! You might be able to search for neoprene swim caps at other online stores. Neoprene is the key material that makes a good swim cap ;)
