Funny story that is true.

After twenty attempts I recorded a battle that I had a flawless victory in. Yet, because I have to record the credits and all, I thought it stoped at 'Presented by Konami' When I stoped recording and I noticed it wasn't the end of it I had to do it agian.

I sucked....

  • This game better come out on the 3DS virtual console.

  • @ilikeluigi I rather see the second game more than this one.

  • thats gotta be the easiest dracula in all of the castlevania games

  • Castlevania II: Simon's Belmont - He can actually die in one hit if you wanted to kill him in one hit.

  • yeah but thats if ur cheap and use the holy water

  • That's the first game, and you have to have enough hearts to kill Drac.

  • Could you fan boys stop busting on this game. Back when this came out video game AI was pretty devoid of any real intelligence and game mechanics had to fit on a very small memory capacity. Limitations are limitations but this was very fun when it came out.

  • Dude im really sorry i dont know the real name of it!

  • 2:19 Theme of Legend of Dracula. One of the best themes in all Castlevania music history, with multiple versions.

  • Really, The first boss in the original Castlevania as the final boss in this?

  • @RussellKD This boss is a case of being harder than it looks, but not "much" harder. And @KuchKuto is right, the Castlevania II boss is almost insultingly easy, but if you want to see a castlevania final boss that's almost depressingly easy, check out the final boss in the MSX port of the original game.

First time I played the game, I killed him without getting hit once in either forms. At least you with the SQ final boss you had to have a item to kill him in one hit. /watch?v=9YHGZrJjwo4

  • Lol. Love those old castles, how their structure depends on the owner living. When I die, my house should also collapse.

  • no wonder the castle fell. the foundation was as skinny as a stick.

  • That's pretty interesting. I say that b/c I've never seen the original gameboy graphics move so fluent.

  • M. Maegawa!? that's the TREASURE guy from Gunstar Heroes and Ikaruga also SIN AND Punishment Star Successor! Wow he must have gotten sick of working on Castlevanias, he also worked on the SNES Castlevania 4. Glad he left Konami, but it would be cool if Konami hired TREASURE to make Contra V and Castlevania V seeing as they already hired them for GRADIUS V. Just a thought.
