@theguywhoisaguy in client all login music is encoded to strange ogg format so nobody decoded it yet. But there are some mp3's on the eve-files ;)

@sarmatiko ogg is a very common format, almost as much so as mp3. Almost all media players can play it.

@Dan7e7ucker Well yes I know this obvious thing. But EVE specific sound files only have ogg extension, not typical format specifications. They encoded in RIFF_WAVE format with only one known decoder that stopped in development. You can try to play any ogg file in EVE directory and you will fail because all files are encrypted.

@sarmatiko I don't think you are right at all about that. I have always been able to take the oggs and play them in any ogg capable media player.

I think when you tried you just messed up some how :s

@Dan7e7ucker I really don't know what we are discussing here since you didn't even tried to play "ogg" files in res/audio folder in latest Tyrannis/Incursion or Incarna client.
