The Mullah regime in Iran has been supported by the USA for a long time now. They are free to train any terrorist organization provided that when used, they serve the interest of both the mullahs and the United States.
This is the reason the world is helpless in fighting terrorism. They would naturally use these organizations against their own people.
After years of fighting terrorism the West has succeeded in neutralizing the only organization that fought the Mullahs,namely, Mojahideen Khalk.
