Rave was actually a term used during the late 70's mid 80's to big outdoor informal Reggae parties...Demz woz tha orginal raves. Techno co-opted it when it's scene emmerged

Ha! I come out on this documentary. I'm the guy who says he worked at Weinerscnitzel. Geez, a long time ago. I was in high school. Good memories. I was interviewed for like an hour. About 3 quotes were used :)

Most of these idiots are merely getting high & "looking the part".
They know nothing about the real "come-as-you-are" meaning of RAVE...
Rave scene was 1988-1993... (acid house & techno) anything afterwards is just acting "trendy" (electronica, trance)...
