The reason you have to pay tax is because the Supreme Court has ruled it, despite it being illegal. Abolish the Supreme Court, then the FED next. Get the Judiciary System out of our Government and setup the originally intended Citizen's Court System.

@peng1965a there is a difference between tax evasion and tax avoidance,tax evasion is either acknowledging you owe tax and refusing to pay, or not responding to an affidavit and acknowledging by default,they can seize your property,instead you would respond by affidavit so they can tell you why you owe tax if they dont respond they lose by default,you will have to research the rest yourself on how to prepare an affidavit,a lawyer will not help you because they are agents who work for the court!

The 16th amendment was never ratified by the required number of States; and so it is illegal.

@RetSquid you either benefit from this corrupt system,and thats why you support it,or you really believe what you are saying,I am telling you I have not paid taxes in 25 years,not because I am getting away with breaking the law,there is no law that says I am liable My money does not derive from corporate activity or the federal govt. therefore I am not liable if you can prove my liability I will pay it,because I believe in the rule of law,the SCOTUS accepts the tax code because it is voluntary.

The census has to be done every ten years, by the Constitution. You have representatives in every Congress. So there is no "taxation without representation".

Statutory and Constitutional law are the same exact thing. You claiming you are above the laws of this country make no difference in the end. You might as well claim that the law of gravity doesn't apply to you because YOU say it doesn't.

@RetSquid so are you saying that we no longer pay direct apportioned taxes? that the sixteenth amendment over wrote the direct apportionment tax and the indirect unapportioned tax requiremnets found in article 1. Why by law do we obey the census?the census is for apportionment rules in the constituiton,if its for representation only why is it not done every four years?there is six out of ten years of taxation without representation with people moving around in our mobile society!
