In 200 years, all the tree huggers will have nothing left to complain about as we all eat nothing but green veggies. I bet they'll say, plants are living creatures. How barbaric it is to kill such a kill just so we can eat. FUCK EM.

Shooting a deer from 50 feet is "sport"? I know there's an overpopulation problem. I know some hunters actually eat the meat. But I honestly don't know how anyone watching this could think it not barbaric. Geeze, you have to make the weapon used more difficult than a gun just to add an element of "sport" to it... the net effect of which is prolonged suffering by the deer. Sorry guys, but I just think this is the kind of thing people will look back on 200 years from now and say "how could they?"

in fact we do eat the meat from the game we kill whether it be deer or something else, and we hunt as humanely as possibly whether it be by gun or bow. if this isnt something you enjoy, then may i ask why you are searching hunting videos up? just so you can comment them and try to seem like the more intelligent one?............. too each his own, and i and many people i know enjoy hunting, and so do many thousands of other people. thanks for the unneeded input you think will make a difference.

Hi lax. Fair question about how I ended up here. Somehow, this video actually ended up as "suggested viewing" for me. Not at all sure how. So I didn't seek it out. And I don't think I'm smarter than anyone here, either. The advantage I have is the perspective of someone who wasn't raised doing it. An outsider often has a clearer view of the big picture, no? The last thing I will say is that the fact that people enjoy it, that it's tradition, etc., really does not make it admirable.

well i dont see that as an "advantage" in any way, i respect your point of view and understand there are many people against the sport of hunting, and as you may not see it as admirable and may think were rednecks or something of the sort, its just a hobby we enjoy taking part in, we follow all rules and regulations and are safe with our firearms etc...... and as for the looking back in 200 years saying "how could they?" thats more in the lines of electing obama.
