Start them indoors around late December, early January, in sterile soil (microwaved), thats moist but not wet at with bottom heat at around 85-95 F 24/7.
Pre soaking the seeds in hot water for 5 to 10 minutes helps speed up germination. Grow them under CFL lights until the last frost has passed then transplant them outdoors. You will get at least 2-3 harvests this way and your plants will be very large, 100+ pods per plant. It also helps to pinch flowers off early on to get more veg growth.
