  • 0:09 That's 127.2 decibels right there. Loudest Stadium in the country, even if we only have 60K. Wait until they build the other side up and our capacity jumps to 70K. It will send people to the hospital if it hasn't already. I know my left ear is still clogged from New Mexico.

  • Puddles said, "Let there be noise" and then it was so.

  • @BlazerDuck07 Mine is from from Portland State last year!

  • @lightspeednate been to both Va Tech as loud as it is isn't as loud as Autzen. Autzen is the loudest in the Pac-10 and the only place I would say is close to it from the places I've been is the swamp but I've heard death Vally is very loud for its size like Oregon.

  • Love it. My brother works for ESPN and said this stadium, even though small, is very loud. For size, it is like Tx Tech's, for loudness he said it may just beat out Tech. This is what makes College Football so much better than Pro. Like Oregon, Texas Tech's is only 61K. Longhorns, Cowboys and Aggies have commented to me how loud Tech's stadium is. Here is a sample. Type in Masked Rider Runs at UT game. Tried to get it to link but wouldn't.

  • @BlazerDuck07 shut up VTECHS LANE STADIUM is SO much LOUDER than this stadium

  • Great video!!! Nice shots!

  • Virginia Tech fan here... lots of respect for another small stadium that gets as loud as the big boys. Lane Stadium holds about 66,000, and Autzen's a little less, but I'd say we're both louder than just about all the rest of the nation, including the 100,000+ stadiums.

  • 59,500 people go to the game and its top five of the loudest stadiums in the nation with an OFFICAL DECIBAL READING of 127.2. corso and other espn achors say it is "LOUDEST STADIUM PER PERSON'. which it is if we had that many front running fans as the SEC it would be the loudest.
