材料:三層排骨400公克、醬油3大匙、糖1小匙、牛頭牌沙茶醬2大匙、雞精粉、蒜頭、蔥40公克、紹興酒2大匙、青江菜60公克、太白粉水、水適量

做法:先把三層排骨放入調理盆中加入醬油攪拌醃一下,準備鍋子熱鍋倒入4大匙油後加入蒜頭、蔥爆香,開大火再把排骨下鍋拌炒呈現表面焦焦的即可,再加兩大匙牛頭牌沙茶醬拌­炒一下後,倒入水淹過排骨即可再倒入紹興酒、三大匙醬油蓋上鍋蓋,大約燒40-60分鐘讓肉煮爛一點,時間到後可看到湯汁有點收乾排骨的骨頭會露出一節,這樣就夠爛即可,­再準備青江菜燙過裝盤來裝飾,再來就可以把排骨裝盤,最後在鍋中醬汁加點糖、少許太白粉水攪拌一下淋到盤中,這樣就完成醬燒排骨。
