At 6:33 the Sandbox appears above the editing page as a result of having you add the category to the Sandbox page. A lot of people become confused because they think you can add pages TO a category page, but you must go to the page to ADD the category to it, in order for the page to show up inside the category. It is probably one of the things that took me longer to comprehend it must have taken me a couple of weeks to fully understand how that worked.

There's a third way to create a new page, you just go to Special:CreatePage.
