As If some hillbilly who lacks any education outside of Glenn Beck's School for the Easily Frightened has any idea as to what 'socialism' is or any comprehension whatsoever of the materialist dialectics of Marxism.
Honestly, pathetic. Stick to moose hunting, @snappy72761.

Very good video! I agree. Americans need to get off of their asses and get involved in defending their freedom against socialists like Obama! Why someone can't see how detrimental the effects of socialism can be is beyond me. Let's roll America!!!

@pwuint12 Except when those so-called job creators stop creating jobs, treat their employees like shit or just hoard whatever they get out of business.

Einstein had access to his intellectual resources and venues of discussion because of government.
But if you're going to bring Einstein into this, I suggest you listen to his video. It's an audio transcript of his 1949 article, "Why Socialism?". I can agree that minds like his are treasures formed by divine chance. His economic logic is as valid as his physical theories to me.

@nafaidni We musn't forget that the duty of the federal government is not to regulate the economy, unless when corruption or monopolies are formed. The federal government was not created to regulate the people, but to maintain national security, represent US interests abroad, and to serve the interests of the people.
-
@nafaidni The greatest knowledge has come from individuals. Albert Einstein did not research into physics and gravity under order of the government, Newton did not contribute the greatest scientific studies to people by decree of a federal agency. Individuals have created society, businesses have created society; they create the jobs, which produce goods and services. Businesses, [Real Estate, Gun Shops, Grocery Stores], are not government owned, nor did the government create them.

Plus the government prints the money and lets you make exchanges with liquid capital, which is infinitely more productive than bartering goods.
So every element of who you are depends on society and government. Unless you grow your own food, build your own housing, protect yourself with sticks, weave your own clothing, and etc., you depend on society for life.
Which is why there's no reason that people shouldn't be made to contribute to the society that has built them.
This seems to be generating some debate especially amongst individuals who support socialist ideals.
There are plenty of terms, plutocracy, communism, marxism, socialism, despotism, whatever face you wish to put on a system of governance. In the final analysis it all boils down to human nature.
Those who have faith that more power in a centralized system of government is good for the people, and those of us who don't.
Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
