JOHN LENNON "I Wrote A Song" (tribute)

JOHN LENNON is/was one of the finest, most innovative songwriters of the 20th Century. "I Wrote A Song" was inspired by an inexplicable incident at my London studio 21 years ago. when on December 8th 1990, a gold framed picture we had of him, fell off the wall. The hook was still in place, so was the wire on the frame.,which in turn was totally undamaged. I composed this tribute that same night with the help and great production of Graham (Nooney) Noon.

Why has it taken so long to release it. Simple, it was personal to us. an in house track so to speak. Plus we did not wish to be seen as 'cashing in' on this great mans name. So now, we publish it 'free to air' in the hopes it brings the same comfort it did for us all those years ago. We hope you enjoy the song created from John's and Beatles titles in the lyric.
