  • Bondoman006, I use a suction with the iceross liner, so far so good! I'm a knee disartic, so there's no room for a locking pin. Good luck with it.

  • @apk29 I love my pin lock. On my new leg I'm gonna try a suction pin lock and see how that works out. Thanks for the comment. Good luck with your limb loss too.

  • Dude,

I'm an lak, could totally relate to your video. Hilarious! Thanks for making it!

  • @apk29 What suspension method do you use? I have the pin lock right now but my prosthetist is looking into puttin me into a vacuum pin lock. It is pretty new to the marked but I will try it on my new leg.

  • I'm a left bk... Since 12/22/10. Great videos... Well done. I'm also a size 13 and not a small guy at 6'3" and 260. How do you like your Renegade foot? I'm on a College Park TruStep and making a change to either the Renegade or Fusion Foot (Ohio Willow Wood) by next week. Interested in your advice or thoughts since you actually use the foot. Thanks!

  • @cbdunn70 I love my Renegade MX foot. I don't have any trouble with uneven terrain or steps or inclines. I would highly recommend the foot. I am a RBK since August 4th. I just got some new Ohio Willow Wood liners and they are working out very good. Thanks for the comment hope everything works out for you.

  • @bondoman006 I have the new vacuum pin lock and it's great! no pain or nothing. I was previously in the reg. suction, then tried out the reg pin lock and didn't like it. My prosthetist told me about the new vacuum mech and I love it. Hope you enjoy it as well.

  • Hi Anthony I am an Anthony too.... ex prosthetic limb fitter, great stump you have, good surgeon there.... nice to hear the click as yu connect your pros on, my friend was in a hurry one day and just popped it on, walked out and it promptly dropped off... neat customizing too... cheers from Anthony in the UK

  • I think playing the sock game (i.e. managing volume changes) was/is also true for those with the older PTB prosthesis--there you decided on thickness of sock(what ply, from 1 ply to 6 ply) and how many socks. Are you thinking of making another video--I hope so. Personally, I'd like to see close ups of your stump, from many different angles.

  • @prossock I do have phantom pain and phantom sensation. I found that massage and slapping my residual limb helps but it just happens. Sometimes I actually like it because I can feel my old foot even though it is pain. It doesn't matter if my prosthetic is on or off it happens either way. Some days I have none other days it hurts a lot but I am getting used to it.
