OHH SHIT thats actually kinda funny! I never thought of modifying someone's autoexec.bat file to shut the computer down! I have been hacking for 4 years now. Something so simple, so overlooked xD

@100Isaiah01 that doesn't mean its fake. it might just as well be a real remote cmd client. the thing is, that's not hacking, just a feature you can turn on on any windows system. maybe if he proved he gained that access without authorization.
