1. the French industry provided the Wehrmacht with important recources like ammunition and trucks

2.the French state sent foreign labour to Germany

3. Vichy and the French police in the occupied areas of France were heavily involved in the discrimination, capturing and klling of French jews, they even had racial laws like in Germany

4. the Resistence movement was only beginning to grow when the war was nearly over for Germany, most were oppurtunists
