I think Custom Cuts is a better name. They probably hired some company to create a Brand for them. Those people are idiots. Look After doesn't even roll off the toungue nicely. If people still go there with the name change they are not going to tell people. They're not going to say I'm going to Look After they are just going to say I"m gonna go get my hair cut.
