You start slowly, play it slowly and be sure the sound is clean, practice this, then add more speed still with clean sounds.
Start with 1/2 speed or 1/4
It all takes time, you don't learn it in one day (most of us don't).
Continue practicing and adding more speed until you have this speed with clean sounds.
It helps a lot if you have memorized the piece.
(your fingers will remember it if you have practiced enough)
