There's a story of the bible which could answer your question from Luke 16. About a rich man and a beggar named Lazarus. They both died, Lazarus went to heaven, and the rich man went to hell. The rich man asked Abraham that Lazarus would 'raise from the dead' and physically warn the rich mans 5 brothers about hell. But Abraham said no, because his bro's have moses + prophets. Rich man said it wasn't enough, they need to hear it from an actual "dead" man to believe. Read on urself.

i read that! c i go to a christan scholl and we read scriptures every year and that was one of them last year!!!!!

He doesn't commit any crimes, he is perfect. People die because of their own sin, because the punishment for sin is death. Humans sin = Humans die.
God told Adam and Eve that if they disobeyed him by eating the forbidden fruit, then they will die. They ate anyway, thus the birth of death.
