Hello, I purchased one of these off eBay a couple of month's ago. I'm wondering if you know the engine number of yours? Mine is DE 7915 and you may be able to find your number on the flywheel. Cheers.

i assume you mean why does it speed up then slow down. it is because the engine was started from cold and when it gets warmed up it then runs at a steady speed.
