Now that the U.S. Senate has introduced their version of Cap and Trade I can't wait for the breakdown of how much MORE it will cost the average American family than the version passed by the U.S House of Representatives. That version, according to the U.S. Department of Treasury, would cost the average American family an extra $1761 a year. You probably already know where I'm going with this, but, I don't HAVE an extra $1761. So I went looking for it.
