I'm a Coach/Rep for Company that produces P90X & Insanity, I help people get in the BEST shape of their lives w/ their incredible at home workout programs....However, I am just like most people who struggle with it, it doesn't come easy to me and I always consider myself a work in progress who LOVES to MOTIVATE others!! I just started a HYBRID of P90X and Insanity, this is my 1st INSANITY WORKOUT...and OMG is it HARD!! I think I took about 10 breaks!! I'm going on a CRUISE in March so these 2 workouts I know will get me in the best shape of my life!! I'm looking for ward to my RESULTS in 90 days and will VIDEO BLOG my JOURNEY along the way to hold myself accountable!! If you are looking to join me, I would love to be your free coach!     Don't quit! You can always take brakes or slow down when you need to but keep going and you'll get in the best shape ever. I just started too and if kicked my but, even though I've done p90x and am already in great shape. Stick with it and you will be so happy with yourself.

  • im gonna get into my sweats and do my workout like now! lol :) thanks! i feel like i took so many breaks that i might as well start over which eventually makes me think well if its that hard maybe i should just stop period! :/ we will see after today...thanks though!

  • i just started my insanity workout 2 days ago. today will be my 3rd day and part of me wants to keep going to get the body back i had and the other part of me is saying "no waay! this is way toooo hard!" on monday (my first day) i had to do the fit test and i did half of it because i kept taking breaks. yesterday as well i would keep stopping and taking breaks i felt soo out of shape! ive also been soooo sore since. i was going to skip today but watching this video and you saying it was hard..

  • Those jumps are cute. What are they, 2 inches high? Maybe the ceiling is there...I dunno...nice effort...nice body. Remember to breathe...I would also like to comment on your form - it's nice and you seem to put importance on it over quantity and speed, more people need to follow this.
