I want to thank you for taking my call today 01/13/12. You changed the Friday the 13th hype. With your advise over the phone I was able to track the problem and fix my furnace. Just to let you a cold front is headed this way by the weekend. Us Californians can handle any temp lower than 63 degrees...Burrrr.
