@bxxder2008 .. you mean a "steadicam". Sure if you happen to have one, and assuming you want to walk around carrying that contraption, or that it fits in the car, then sure, why not!

click on any video file in the "timeline" (lower part of the screen)
then a couple of button will appear over them .. one of them is "Fix/Enhance" - click that
A new screen appears and the 3rd option is Stabilizer .. use the +/- to adjust how much you want the clip to be stabilized and then hit ok.
That's about it, hope this helps :)

i have cyberlink powerdirector 8 and i cant seem to get videos stablized like you did? could you send me a message on how to or make a video?

@MatainaisRegs .. tell me about it !! (un)fortunately at the time the video was filmed the gas prices were around $3 per gallon (3.785 liters) as such not many people were concerned. All this is about to change for ever !!
