Just wanted to thank everyone who responded, could relate, or who are suffering from fears, anxiety, agoraphobia. Beautiful people who deserve to see the daylight, step out, and give yourselves to life.. and I know how scary that is. Much love for each one of you, and trust, that there will be a time when those scary steps are made and you realize, the world was waiting for you and was more incomplete without you all. thanks so much for making a video about agoraphobia, i have agoraphobia and its soo terrible, you cant leave your home and you feel trapped and depressed and its scary!

I can really relate to this although all specialists relate home to your safe place it is.. A padded cell, look out but your not getting out. Want to go out as much as you want but it will just put you down as you cannot. When trying too its every weary step further you take with that anxiety creeping the further you go.

Learn to cope with it everyday and you ll be happy knowing that everytime you go out you are the winner!!!! Recovered agoraphobic...just struggle and win your freedom. Imagine only good things. Bad things are only in your mind. Feel the relief of fear melting and chase away all the boundaries.

When I was at my worst many years ago, I would have liked living in a pretty, rural place like that ...but I guess anywhere can be a tomb of the mind .... luckily I am much better now ... not totally cured, but much much better ...... very nice film.
