  • This guy is a loser. Certified means nothing nowadays. Your back should be slightly arched. ANY trainer worth their salt knows this. This is the optimal position for lower back support and stability. It doesn't help you "cheat" with a slight natural arch. People don't know that the lower back and back in general is integral in pressing movements. But they don't go over this in most cereal box certifications.

  • @MerkabaStar I don't know I've just been watching a lot of videos of those huge powerlifters benching insane amount of weight and arching their backs to an unnatural arch. Then I saw this video and he said keep your lower back to the bench and it made sense to me.
