Oscar Winning Character Effects Studio in 2009 had Randy Couture - UFC Legend - out to their studio and made a life like portrait of The Natural. So realistic in detail that even at close inspection it's just plan creepy on how good it is!!

I used to service your copier back in the 90's, think you were in Chatsworth. You guys let me look over the full size Alien on all fours on a table, the hair stood up on the back of my neck it was so freaking real. Think I remember Tremors worms on the wall.
Great work on Randy, he looks better Amalgamated.

That is incredible. The level of detail is mind boggling. It is as close to a clone of Randy as you could get.

They cast the subject eyes closed and then resculpted the eyes open.

I would loed to have seen Randy's reaction to seeing the end product!

They removed the closed eyes from the positive plaster casting. Then using photos, sculpted the open eyes.At 1:47 you can see them sculpting them.
They then made another cast with all the imperfections cleaned up. It looks like they used a silicone to do a flexible mold. Then, I assume, made a silicone positive, or flexible plastic, where all the hair was punched in, coloring, and finally the glass eyes were set.
