  • Yes, that is a V-8. I also have a V-6 and use them both regularly. That sled is from Gilman Gear dot com!

  • I needed help on my lateral movement and first step, not just for my basketball game, but being a Goalie on the state team and on a very sucessful club team. God Bless yall for making it so simple to learn perfect drills for this. Big Shoutout to yall for helpin me get to the even higher next level. if i ever go pro, some money gonna be comin yo way!
