Watch as Mike Benziger chronicles the harvest of our estate valerian. Be sure to look for the special offer at the end that includes 20% off wine purchases (30% off for wine club members).
This herb, Valeriana officinalis, has long been used as a medicinal herb. It is also an important part of Biodynamic farming here at Benziger Family Winery. Watch to find out how!
