There is another really cool site where you can get retweeted free or buy fast retweets at ReTweet.it Yes it is a .it domain as it is an Italian domain name.

i never got into twitter and im still not into twitter , i visited the web site ages ago and thought it was bullshit never returned to it .

If Twitter does this, which they have not since April 17, 2009, I might consider dropping my account. Ads are a pain in the butt. Hopefully since Twitter has not done this, they will not.

I don't mind seeing a few ads to pay for the service but I think tying them to particular peoples tweets and paying them is a bad idea. Youtube partnerships work because videos are fairly low volume and a few junk ones will ruin a partners channel.
Twitter is higher volume and more like email. We don't need to give people encouragement to post tweet spam.

There are a lot of twits out there aren't there. Oh, I meant twitters. Twitter is for people who haven't got a lot to say. "Public Texting" is what I call it. The ad program does sound awful familiar. YouTube is kicking itself now: all we had to do is host a few lousy word, instead of a gigabyte of video to sell ads???!!!
