Jesus christ, I've never seen this much faggotry since Moot created /fur/ in 2005.
Having been a gamer for a good chunk of my life, I've learned that for a game to be a game it needs: Gameplay, music, story and visuals.
I think it's pretty agreed all-around that Mother 3 highly succeeds in each of these categories. Gameplay is fresh and feels rewarding. Do I even have to mention the music? A timeless, tragic story, and original, extremely pleasing visuals.

@DoctorAlanGrant Wrong. Mother 2 didn't sell well in the states. They went all out with Mother 2. sadly it backfired. They decided to keep it in Japan. Where RPG's are king.

Not even the Mother series is safe from trolls huh? Well, I have a few things to say
1. The story is great and original.
2. The characters are also great.
3. The Humor, the sadness, the nostalgia-ness!
4. The gameplay was pretty good for an RPG of its time.
5. The music...Dear god I'm going to cry

So you're saying Mother 3, a video game about (trying not to spoil) a boy from a "messed up" family trying to save the world and you play as a cowboy, monkey, boy, thief, princess and dog, is a rip off of Titanic!? MAKES PERFECT SENSE
