HTC One series will get Android 4.1 (Jellybean) either July or (most likely) August.

I also have the HTC One S and I freakin' love it! Awesome, smooth and fast phone! :)

I sometimes think I should have upgraded to the One X but I hear the battery is better and there isn't much difference between processors.
