it looks like its going at an orbital velocity, too fast to be any hypersonic experimental/spy plane or whatever. it could be a Space Shuttle undocking from the ISS, who knows.

Hey Guys,
I just analyzed this video further and have found a further secondary ufo orb which splits in to two before disapearing out of frame. Also, the main subject could easily be mistaken as balloons, HOWEVER, looking at the editing I have done this is far from being balloons and is a fantastic capture. The main subject under heavy bumping actually splits into two, towards the bottom. Under medium bumping its seems to be a very strange drone looking object. This is object is NOT balloons.
